In the process of using the UV printer, improper operation or wrong operation will also cause the machine to have many various problems. Today, UV printer manufacturers will introduce common problems to everyone. What should I do if there is a color deviation problem during the operation of the UV printer. According to past experience, the main factors affecting this color problem are determined by four factors: software, color palette, ink, temperature, etc.

1. UV printer software failure

Solution: Reinstall the software of the UV printer. If the value is not correct, you need to restore it again. Note that before reinstalling, you need to disinfect the computer and add the UV printer software to the whitelist of the antivirus software.

2. UV printer toning problem

Solution: Restore to the color curve value set at the factory. If not, you can contact the manufacturer's technician to modify it remotely. If it is a new type of uv ink, the color curve needs to be recreated.

3. UV printer ink problem

Solution: Different types of uv ink have different color saturation, brightness, color gamut, etc. After replacing the new uv ink, it will inevitably lead to pattern printing color problems, and the color curve needs to be recreated. Secondly, the ink dots are different. To print a test chart, you need to observe the state of the nozzle hole. If the ink is blocked, the nozzle needs to be cleaned.

4. UV printer is affected by temperature

Solution: The outside temperature is between 15℃-30℃, which is a good factory temperature for uv flatbed printers. If the temperature is too low, you need to install an air conditioner, if the temperature is too high, you need to cool down.

In the process of using the uv printer, problems should be reported to the uv printer manufacturer first, to find the correct solution, and do not operate randomly, so as not to cause greater damage to the machine.
