How to evaluate the quality of UV printers?
1. The size of the equipment cannot be printed in full format. If not, the flatbed printer may be modified, and the parts may be refurbished, second-hand, and have not reached the original performance. Generally, it will be scrapped after two or three months. At the same time, perform full-format printing within 2-4 hours. If the middle positioning is inaccurate, wrong colors, flying ink, etc., it means that the device board system is not original.
2. Printing gray, the original equipment can do it. Gray is not a gold-silver spot color and can be printed without matching special inks. Generally, more than 90% of modified UV flatbed printers cannot print gray. This is because there are many defects in the color allocation program of the improved device board and card system. When printing some colors, a code error will occur, causing printing failure or color mismatch.
3. Print height test. Take a picture and print a photo between 1 cm, 2 cm and 10 cm, add 0.5 cm for about 15 to 20 tests. High-quality UV flatbed printers can print at different heights, while improved UV flatbed printers will have various problems, such as inaccurate positioning and ink flying once the height changes.
